Joe Flacco has received more than enough criticism throughout his career. It irks me to the highest degree to hear Ravens “fans” attack the best quarterback the Baltimore Ravens have ever had under center. The “Flacco haters” clearly have no knowledge of the game of football, because if they did they would remember the quarterbacks we had before Flacco (Vinny Testaverde, Tony Banks, Trent Dilfer, Chris Redman, Elvis Grbac, Anthony Wright, Kyle Boller, etc.). If you “haters” knew any of those players, you might actually appreciate what Flacco does for the Ravens.
Joe Flacco isn’t going to put up Drew Brees like numbers, and that’s just something you’re going to have to deal with. Flacco does everything the organization asks of him, he manages the game, he makes smart throws, and he can win it when he needs to. Everybody needs to get off his back, and let him do what he does best….WIN! Without Joe Flacco the Ravens are a 9-7 team that struggles to put up fourteen points per game, but with Flacco the Ravens are scoring twenty-four points per game, and on the doorstep of the Superbowl.
P.S. For all the haters out there, make sure you do your research before you start making these ridiculous claims. And if you ever feel like you want to criticize Flacco, just put in Kyle Boller’s “highlight” reel.
